1. Cancellations
Our cancellation policy is as follows: Any orders cancelled after they are placed will be subject to a 35% restock fee. This DOES NOT include our PPE & Healthcare store, which has a no 'refund policy'. Once your order is placed, our team immediately begins to process your order. This includes preparing artwork, placing stock orders & facilitating shipping. We cannot change the items on your order, but we can 'add' to the order if the order has not begun production. A change order will most likely delay the completion date of your order. Any orders that are in production cannot be cancelled.
2. Shipping
Shipping options are available on a per-product & availability basis. Not all our products are supplied, or shipped by the same facilities. Free shipping is standard ground shipping. If you'd like special shipping requirements, this may be available to you.
